Choosing Audio Settings for Students (Faculty)

Faculty can choose audio settings for the students in their class by following the steps below.

  1. From your dashboard, click Classroom, then Students.
  2. select Classroom then Students

  3. Check the box/boxes next to each student who audio settings changed. Then, click the Select an Action drop-down list and choose Audio Setting.

  5. In the Select Audio Setting drop-down list, choose whether audio should always be on/available for the selected students, always off, or available on weekends only. When audio is on, students can choose to play the audio if they would like, though they can read the book without audio.
  6. select audio setting always off

  7. A message will appear, asking you to confirm the change to audio settings; select Yes.
  8. When you create or edit projects, you can also choose audio settings for books in the project. Refer to How to Create Projects (Faculty) or How To Edit Projects (Faculty) for more information on this option.
