How can my students access, review, and retry their assignments?

All students can view any assignments from their teacher on their student dashboard (student.freckle.com). From there, the experience is customized for different grade ranges.

Kindergarten–2nd Grade

Students in grades K–2 access their assignments by selecting From My Teacher. They can view information about each assignment, including when it was assigned, who assigned it, and what the title is.

3rd–5th Grade

Students in grades 3–5 access their assignments by selecting My Backpack. Here, they can view current incomplete assignments in the "To-Do" tab.

Students will also see a "Done" tab. This tab shows them information about completed assignments as well as completed self-selected practice. Students can see information about their accuracy on each assignment. From here, students can also:

  • retry Targeted Practice math assignments
  • re-watch assigned IBL videos
  • review answers to ELA, Science, and SS articles

6th–12th Grade

Students in grades 6 and above access their assignments by selecting My Tracker. Here, they can access current incomplete assignments in the "To-Do" section and view information about completed assignments and self-driven practice in the "Complete" tab. From here, students can also:

  • retry Targeted Practice math assignments
  • re-watch assigned IBL videos
  • review answers to ELA, Science, and SS articles

Additionally, students in grades 6 and above have access to a "Progress" tab that gives them more in-depth information about their performance in Freckle. They also have access to a "My Class" tab that shows their class leaderboard.
