How do I edit a student’s name or grade level?

Who can do this with default capabilities?


If you notice that a student's name or grade level is entered incorrectly on the program, you can make the change by following the steps below:

  1. Log into your teacher home at
  2. On the Manage Rosters page, find the student's name that is entered incorrectly.
  3. Select Student actions next to the student's name.
  4. Select Edit student.

  5. Enter the student's first name, last name and grade level correctly. Once this change is made, select Save. Students will now be able to log in with the correctly spelled name.
