How do I restrict the math domains students will see on their dashboards?
Math domain restrictions let you choose which math domains students will see on their dashboards. You can set restrictions in one of two ways:
- For an individual student
- For all students in a single class who are in the same grade (this is to cover classes that have students from more than one grade in them)
Setting math domain restrictions for an individual student
- Log on to Freckle.
- On your Teacher Home, select Roster in the left navigation bar.

- Open the class the student is in.
- In the row for the student, select either Default or Custom in the Dashboard column.
- On the Dashboard Settings tab on the Edit Student page, under "Student Dashboard Settings," select Math Settings.

- Scroll down to the "Show/Hide Adaptive Math Domains for this student" section; check the domains you do want the student to see, and remove check marks from the domains you do not want the student to see.
- After making your choices, select Apply Student Settings.
