What to Do If You Can't Print Consolidated Reports
If one or more Consolidated reports are in gray text on the Consolidated Reports page and are not links, you'll see a note that explains why. (If specific reports aren't available, you will see an asterisk next to the report.) The possible messages are listed below; select one to see what you can do to print the reports.
You will see this message when no reports are available. Add at least one reporting period. To print the Customizable Progress Report, you'll need to add at least two reporting periods because that report compares scores in two reporting periods.
The Customizable Progress Report is not available because you only have one reporting period, and the report compares scores in two reporting periods. Add at least one more reporting period before trying to print this report.
This message appears for the Star State Performance Report - District when you are not working in the current school year. You can only run the report within the current school year. Make sure you run the report on any date that falls within that school year.
Wait until consolidation finishes. When this happens the reports will be available again.
You can't use the reports until the required products are registered. (These are listed under the description for each report.) If you don't plan to purchase the products listed, you don't need to use the reports since they report only on those products.
This message may appear for the Assessment Proficiency Report, the Implementation Progress Report, the Implementation Status Report, and the Star Summary Report.
