Viewing or Printing Reports

Who can do this with standard capabilities?

District Administrators, District Staff, School Administrators, School Staff Teachers

Reports provide information about classes, students and teachers as well as the work students have finished.

To view and print reports, you need a PDF viewer (such as Adobe Reader) installed on your computer or tablet. For more information about installing software, see Installing the Necessary Software to Use MathFacts in a Flash.

Follow these steps to print MathFacts in a Flash reports (note that some reports can also be printed from the Assignment Book):

  1. On the Home page, select MathFacts in a Flash, then Reports as shown below.
  2. On the Reports page, select the name of the report that you want to generate.
  3. On the Report Options page, select the options for the report. You may be able to choose the classes, students or reporting parameter group to include, the time period covered by the report, the information included and how that information is grouped and sorted. Then, select View Report.
  4. As the program generates the report, the Report Progress page opens.
  5. When the report is ready, it is generated and displayed in your PDF reader, either in your browser or in another window.

    To choose different custom options and generate the report again, select Customize this Report.

    To choose a different report to generate, select Select a Different Report.
