Stopping a Practice or Test

Stopped practices and tests cannot be resumed in MathFacts in a Flash.

Stopped practices and tests may or may not be saved (tracked in reports and the student details information).

Stopped Practice or Test Saved

  • MathFacts in a Flash Renaissance Place (computer or tablet)
  • NEO 2, using the MathFacts in a Flash RP SmartApplet
  • RESP Responders using firmware 4.03 and above and MathFacts in a Flash Renaissance Place
  • Note: Renaissance Responders and NEO 2 will no longer be supported after future software updates.

Stopped Practice or Test Not Saved

  • Renaissance Home Connect
  • NEO 2, using the MathFacts in a Flash (offline) SmartApplet
  • RES-1001 Responders and RESP Responders using firmware version 4.01 or using version 4.03 and MathFacts in a Flash Offline

The Assignment Book, Class Progress Report, and Student Record Report track both completed and stopped practices and tests. These reports do not distinguish between completed and stopped work. Example: A student completes two tests, two practices, and stops while taking a third test. The Assignment Book, Class Progress Report, and Student Record Report would all show 3 tests and 2 practices. The Student Progress Report identifies stopped practices and tests with an asterisk and footnote on the bar chart page.
