Class Progress Report

The Class Progress Report shows students' cumulative work for a date range. It allows teachers to monitor students' progress and identify students who need assistance. (For details on individual students, use the Student Record Report.)

The report lists:

  • students' names
  • the number of chapters completed and the average number of days it took to complete a chapter
  • average percent correct for words in the pretest
  • average total percent correct for words in the pretest and review scores
  • overall average percent correct for the phrases/sentences from Quiz 4
  • overall average percent correct for the dialogs/sentences from Quiz 5
  • date of the last login for each student
  • the percentage of students who averaged 85% or above correct on vocabulary (this is shown for each class included in the report)
  • the percentage of students who used English in a Flash for an average of three or more days a week. Only one login is counted per day (even if the student logs in more than once), and chapters do not have to be completed to be counted.

Higher scores replace lower scores as review scores become available.

When you customize the Class Progress Report, you can choose

  • the classes or students to include
  • the reporting parameter group
  • the reporting time period (date range)
  • whether to group by class
  • whether to print the report options on the report
