Stopping an Accelerated Reader Quiz

Students (while quizzing) and teachers (while taking sample quizzes) can use these steps to stop Reading Practice, Vocabulary Practice, Literacy Skills, and Other Reading Quizzes. No data is saved from a stopped quiz; the student will have to retake it.

1. Select Stop Quiz in the top left corner.



2. Type the monitor password (a teacher or administrator password won't work).



The monitor password is set in the Monitor Password Preference.

3. Click Stop Quiz. The program stops the quiz.

Click Cancel if you do not want to stop the quiz. The program will return you to the most recent quiz question.
