Scoring Paper Assignments

Online assignments are scored automatically as students complete them in the software. For paper assignments, teachers or students have a few scoring options:

  • If students enter their answers on a scan card, the student or teacher can insert the card into an AccelScan scanner for automatic scoring.

  • Students can log in to the software and select their answer for each problem on their paper assignments. If students use this method to score practices, the next practice will not print automatically; to print the next one, students select Score for the practice and then select Reprint Assignment.

If students use Renaissance Responders or NEO 2s to enter their answers, Accelerated Math 2.0 scores the responses automatically.

Note: Renaissance Responders and NEO 2 will no longer be supported after future software updates.

After a paper assignment is scored, Accelerated Math automatically prints a summary that you can review with your student.
