Tests in Accelerated Math Live

In Accelerated Math, tests are used to evaluate a student's mastery of the objectives. The content of the test is based on the objectives in the Ready to Test () state.

Online tests are assisted-response only. Students complete them by logging in to the software. As they work on assignments, they can see resources to help them (such as worked examples) and flag problems that they want to come back to. After they submit their work, students can see their score and view the problems they got wrong and the correct answers.

Paper tests can have either assisted-response (multiple-choice) or free-response problems. Students can score assisted-response exercises in one of these ways:

Teachers can use the Scoring Preference to control whether students can score their own tests in the AccelScan software and whether they can use a Renaissance Responder or NEO 2 to complete tests.
