Restoring the Original (Default) Objective Order

Follow the steps below to restore the original (default) order of objectives in an objective list. This is helpful if you want to "undo" changes you made to the order of objectives after you added them from libraries. Since objective lists can be used by more than one class, keep in mind that your changes may affect a class that you are not currently working with.

Who can do this with default capabilities?

District Administrators, District Staff, School Administrators, School Staff, Teachers

You cannot restore the objective order in library lists, and you do not need to do so because they have the objectives in the default order. List owners can restore the order of objectives in their lists. Administrators can restore the order of objectives in lists owned by personnel in their school(s).

  1. Select the green Accelerated Math tile (shown below) on the Home page; then, select Assignment Book.

    The Assignment Book lists the students who are in one class. The class name is shown above the list of students. If you have access to more than one Accelerated Math school, use the School drop-down list to choose the school for which you want to view a class Assignment Book. If you have more than one class, and you want to select a different class, click the Class drop-down list and select the class name. If the objective list is being used by a specific group, select the group from the Group drop-down list.

    Select the green Accelerated Math tile (shown below) on the Home page; then, select Extended Response.

    The Extended Response page lists the students who are in one class. The class name is shown above the list of students. If you have access to more than one Accelerated Math school, use the School drop-down list to choose the school for which you want to view class extended response assignments. If you have more than one class, and you want to select a different class, click the Class drop-down list and select the class name.

    Select the green Accelerated Math tile (shown below) on the Home page; then, select Libraries.

    The Libraries page will list the libraries that are available for one school. If you have access to more than one school, and you want to choose a different school, click the School drop-down list and select another school.

  2. Click Manage Objectives on the left side of the page. The Manage Objectives page will appear next.
  3. If you came from the Libraries page, click the Objective List drop-down menu and choose the list that you want to change.
  4. Click Reorder on the Manage Objectives page.
  5. Click Restore Default Order on the Reorder Objectives page.
  6. The program will remind you that this will restore the order of the objectives to the originally installed order. To continue, click OK.
