Editing Objective Lists
By following the steps below, list owners and administrators with the default capabilities can change the name of an objective list and the owner. Administrators can choose whether to share the list. You can change lists of Standard objectives for the Assignment Book or lists of Extended Response objectives for the Extended Response page.
Who can do this with default capabilities?
District Administrators, District Staff, School Administrators, School Staff, Teachers
You cannot edit the library lists that were automatically created for each library. List owners can edit their lists. Administrators can also edit lists owned by others.
Select the green Accelerated Math tile (shown below) on the Home page; then, select Libraries.
The Libraries page will list the libraries that are available for one school. If you have access to more than one school, use the School drop-down list to choose a school.
Click Manage Objectives on the left side of the page.
Click View/Edit Lists on the Manage Objectives page.
The View/Edit Objective Lists page will list the objective lists that are available to you. You cannot edit library lists (marked with a small circle after the View link), and you may not be able to edit lists that you don't own or lists that were created by others. Click Edit in the row for the list that you want to edit.
On the Edit Objective List page, you can change the list name, owner, or permissions.
To change the name, click in the blank, delete the existing name, and type a new name.
To change the owner, click the drop-down list and choose a different owner. Owners can edit the list and can select and change their private lists. (Remember that administrators can select and change lists owned by others.)
If you are an administrator, you can change whether the list is shared by clicking one of the available options. Teachers cannot share their lists.
Click Save when you have finished making your changes.
